Existing thermal ice melting equipment has low operating efficiency, adaptive capabilities, and low intelligence levels, making it difficult to meet the demand for rapid ice melting. Based on industrial control theory and intelligent algorithms, we develop key core components for adaptive constant dose and adaptive constant temperature control. Through process combination design and intelligent control technology such as spraying high-temperature and efficient deicing fluid and cutting and melting liquor, we launch the industry's first new equipment that incorporates multiple patents.
