Foam Fire Truck
Vehicle overview
The vehicle is built on the specialized German MAN TGM18.320 B-type secondary chassis and is equipped with a transmission power take-off to drive a rear-mounted fire pump. It features a powerful engine with excellent power reserves, strong performance, a reasonable structure, and an aesthetically pleasing design. It is widely applicable to professional firefighting teams, oilfields, docks, factories, and enterprises, enabling rapid extinguishing of oil fires or general solid organic material fires.
The vehicle body adopts an integrated structure. The framework is made of aluminum alloy sections joined together, with inner and outer panels made of aluminum alloy skins. The adhesive process and sealing treatment effectively prevent issues like paint peeling (from bumps or impacts), rusting of the outer panels, or electrochemical corrosion in humid environments, significantly extending the vehicle body’s service life.
The liquid tank is made of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance. Inside, the tank is equipped with longitudinal and transverse anti-sloshing plates and a longitudinal beam at the bottom. A manhole is set on the top to facilitate maintenance, ensuring maximum longevity of the tank.
The vehicle is equipped with an American Waterous CB10/80-CXK fire pump and an American Elkhart PLKD10/64-7200EXM (or PSKD10/60/W-7200EXM) fire monitor. These components are technologically advanced, stable in performance, and widely used in fire trucks.
The firefighting performance of the vehicle complies with GB7956.1-2014, GB7956.2-2014, and GB7956.3-2014 standards, as certified by the National Fire Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center. The chassis has received the China Compulsory Product Certification (CCC), and the engine emissions meet the Stage VI requirements of GB17691-2018.
