3.1 Automotive Chassis:

Adopts Qingling QL1180XQFRY chassis, equipped with a 6HK1-TCL water-cooled inline direct injection 4-stroke diesel engine, meeting China V emission standards. Features include:

• Integral recirculating ball-type steering mechanism with power steering
• Pneumatic hydraulic dual-circuit foot brake

3.2 Support Leg and Subframe Assembly:

Uses a direct support design, supported and retracted by hydraulic cylinders. The fixed support leg bracket is welded with the frame.

3.3 Lifting Fork Assembly:

The lifting fork assembly forms a scissor-like structure, with rigid components hinged together. It enables the cargo box to lift or descend through the action of hydraulic cylinders.

3.4 Cargo Box Assembly:

The cargo box is constructed from composite insulation panels designed for refrigerated trucks, ensuring excellent UV resistance, weatherproofing, and durability. Key features include:

• Front and rear push-pull doors
• Anti-slip, easy-to-clean 6 mm aluminum alloy flooring
• Optional roller doors for front and rear

3.5 Platform Assembly:

Comprises fixed, laterally movable, and extendable platforms controlled via an electromagnetic valve assembly.

3.6 Hydraulic System:

Open, single-pump, fixed-displacement hydraulic system, with:

• Main power: mid-high pressure gear pump driven by an engine
• Auxiliary power: electric pump driven by a DC motor

3.7 Electrical System:

Includes circuits for cabin elevation, platform movement, and special lighting and indication.

• Equipped with an electric emergency system for safe retraction in case of hydraulic failure.
